I think that the stock motors and esc using in DJI frame is not so good ... normally i use better one . Use Esc with SimonK firmware , it's standard turnigy plus 20 or 30 amp and use very good motors ... T-Motors or MK 3638.
That's configuration fly good , normally i fly with rev of code 3.0.3 i prefer a lot fly in stabilize mode ... a lot better of other mode .

prova ad alzare la P sul rate se i motori sono un po' lenti ... migliora parecchio la stabilità nel volato e anche nel vento. Pero' purtroppo non c'e' come avere in mano il drone per riuscire a fare un buon PID

for fly you need to use 3.0.2-3 revision of firmware not the new one ... the 3.1.3 is beta and we are checking and try to solve bug on firmware. On 3.0.2-3 i doing 33 fly for 10 hours of totally fly without any kind of problem .
In hour team we implement a fly log repository for better understand how is affordable our configuration ... could be nice if also other member share it with us.
It's a usefull approach for improve quality of our drone .
