Ma questo vale anche senza la DJI Care, corretto? Cioè se il drone (nei due anni di garanzia italiana) cade e si sfascia per cause non imputabili al pilota o a condizioni meteo avverse DJI lo ripara/sostituisce, esiste un ente, un sito web, una associazione (al di la del giudice .... ) estraneo a DJI che può affermare dai log la causa o una probabile ipotesi di causa del crash?

Leggendo le FAQ sul Care Refresh DJI Care Refresh - supported aircraft, scenarios, service process, FAQ and terms of service emerge che se il drone si bagna o peggio cade in acqua e si rompe, il servizio viene invalidato.



"Aircraft that suffers water damage cannot be replaced under DJI Care Refresh."



Qui la lista delle eccezioni:



DJI Care Refresh does not cover the following:

1) Lost or partially lost aircraft or accessories.

2) Stolen, forgotten, or abandoned aircraft.

3) Damage caused by flight under unsuitable conditions.

4) Any repair fees resulting from or following water damage.

5) Repair fees for remote controller and modification accessories.

6) Deliberate losses.

7) Abrasions and shell damage that do not affect the performance of the aircraft.

8) Direct or indirect losses caused by force majeure.

9) Repair requests for damage incurred outside the period of validity.

10) Extra fees resulting from technical enhancements or performance improvements.

11) Damage resulting from circuit restructuring not in accordance to manual recommendations, or the use of incompatible batteries and charger.

12) Damage resulting from the use of third party accessories, batteries or software.

Quindi diciamo a grandi linee che DJI sta usando una politica "simile" all' Apple Care di iPhone con i suoi quad dove ovviamente ci sono delle casistiche particolare dove nn viene coperto...

Oggi hanno iniziato a spedire i Mavic per chi lo ha acquistato nello shop dji, il fly more combo però sembra essere ancora in pending

 Fixed occasional issue of GPS signal loss.
Notes:
 Restart the aircraft and remote controller after upgrade is complete.
 If the firmware upgrade fails, restart aircraft, remote controller and DJI GO, and retry.

Mi pare di capire che hanno risolto il problema del mavic che scendeva repentinamente in basso quando da dentro casa volava fuori, senza poter rispondere ai comandi (il video postato prima)

L'ho gia ricordato diverse volte = meglio toglierla del tutto e anche prima di accendere
